The SHERPA agreement in force and all future title modifications will require transparency. Once the homeowner or the buyer notify Safety Deed that there is a potential transaction, Safety Deed will verify the terms of the transaction and notify the reviewers.
Reviewers will have the option of reviewing the transaction. If there are concerns about the transaction, the homeowner will be required to hire legal counsel to review the transaction.
If you do learn that there is a transaction for the property and Safety Deed staff have not contacted you–please let us know.
