You have been chosen by the homeowner to help protect their property by reviewing future title transactions. Our service adds a protective covenant to a home title which is designed to add transparency to future transactions. Reviewers are a vital part of that process. Once a homeowner has identified a transaction which will affect the home’s title, each reviewer will be notified of the proposed deal. Your input will determine if the proposed transaction needs to be reviewed by the homeowner’s lawyer.
Up to three reviewers have been nominated by the homeowner to work with Safety Deed’s home title protection system. At this time Safety Deed is contacting the nominees to enroll them.
The enrollment process includes obtaining the agreement of each reviewer, giving each reviewer an account to securely access the property and future transaction information, obtaining contact information for each reviewer, and vetting each reviewer.
