  • View Covenant Information, again.
    • Output the Covenant information (button at bottom of form create a Word document)
• Share Word document with legal to create the covenant contract
• Upload the completed covenant contract via the WPC portal
  • Add to Circle: {wpFormsEntryID} Homeowner
  • Upload with a description {wpFormsEntryID} Sherpa Unsigned Covenant
• Update the property status to Sherpa Signed (the next step). Status Update Form
• Notify the homeowner(s) that the contract is ready for them to sign

• Set up a client meeting. Interview form
  • Once interview is completed, save this WP-Forms entry to PDF (skip blanks, no html, show sections, compact)
• If accepted
  • Update the property status to accepted. Status Update Form
  • Create Homeowner account(s).
  • Create Homeowner Circle called {wpFormsEntryID} Homeowner and add the homeowner(s) to it.
